im guessing she flatirons her hair first, then she teases it, then flips her head over + sprays a ton of hairspray.
Theeenn, take the front pieces of your hair (if you have bangs, take the bangs) and pouf them up + pin them with bobby pins. That should work!

all of the above, but to get the spikey tips that stick straight out, probably scultping wax

get yourself a simple a-line cut and have it textured to give it more volume. then do all of the above mentioned, and of course the pompadour and you're good to go.

Thanks everyone. I think My mom should get her hair cut like this. Everytime she goes to the salon she always gets the same thing and always shows them a different picture. It annoys me.
