Getting my money back from somebody from a swap?

I bought $160USD worth of stuff from somebody and never recieved anything, what can I do?
I'm going to check out paypal and see if they can get my money back for me otherwise... HELP!

Paypal dispute is likely your best bet, I think...if you went thru the USPS...you may be able to file a claim with them for fraud...I'd check that out.

If you paid via cc with paypal, start a dispute with your cc company. If you paid via debit card with paypal, start a dispute with your bank. You will get the money credited to your account immediately both ways, which is a lot faster than the paypal dispute thing. Sometimes they will even charge you a deductible doing it the paypal way. I have been though the same thing with some loser sellers on ebay. Get your money right away
