How do I use Lightfull and Strobe

I'm not certain about Lightfull, but I use Strobe on the highest point of my cheekbones to create a natural looking highlight and down the bridge of my nose. I put it under my foundation, so it's not as bright, and it ends up being a soft shimmer on the highest points. It helps to contour my cheeks, too, and my nose.

Thanks hun! I still have no idea about lightfull, Ill go play around with strobe on my cheeks now
