How do you apply Studio tech

Hi All

Just wanted to know, how do you apply Studio tech, with the sponge that comes in the compact or use the foundation brush, i use studio fix fluid most of the time ,but tend to use studio tech if i'm in a rush, today i used the Mac 190 brush,which i use for the fix fluid and it went on much better, so just wondered really.

I've used both. The sponge it comes with AND the MAC 190 foundation brush.

I apply studio tech with the 190 brush. I first dab it on then blend.

I use the 190 brush when using it but lately because I've been rushing I've been using a sponge.

i use a cheapy foundation brush, then i blend out with the sponge that came with it, dampend with fix+

I started using the sponge, but moved onto using the 190 or 187. I found I got much better application with a brush as it let me apply a thinner coat.
