I was just wondering how would you know when to use them wet and what is the real reason for applying them wet?

The color is more intense when you use them wet. I generally only use them wet when I want a more intense color, or to line.

Agreed with the above! Use them wet when you want a more vibrant color. Also, some of the chunkier pigments (kitschmas, rose, etc) need to be used wet or they don't work, they will just fall off.

thanks!!! when using them wet would you blend the color with other colors like you would with dry eyeshadows? Or is there a certain way to blend wet colors?

Nope, no special way. Just blend them like you would dry shadows

I just want to add that using a damp blending brush when using wet shadows and pigments seems to work better for me than using a dry brush.
