How do you report fake sellers??

I was wondering if someone can tell me the best way to report a seller of counterfeits to ebay??? I know how to report a seller while the auction is going; but say you win a fake item - besides the paypal dispute, is there a way to report to ebay itself that the seller is a fraud?

I really want to make sure I get this right. Thanks.

ok i will post a link,which you can use to report seller for non performance which equals to selling fakes..I think if you are in US,you have to log onto ebay.com...
