Hi everyone,
I bought this from ebay the other day as I am seriously in LOVE with the all over shimmer powder (I only have one small tester of this, I would have picked up more but you cannot really test stuff at a sample sale..oh well, I shall wait for America) so I was hoping this would be as good.
Now, I use the powder under the arch of my brow and was hoping someone would know how to use this liquid highlighter, it comes in a glass bottle like a nail varnish (complete with the brush) but I do not know how much to put on or how to put it on under my arches for that matter?
Any help is appreciated
