How long should I wait before filing a claim against the seller?

How long after a sale should I wait to file a claim against a seller for non receipt? Sale date was April 18.

Today if it s local...I think paypal requires like 14 days I think..But if they have proof they shipped...it will be longer

Read paypal's policies very closely and take a look at this site:
