How to achieve this look and these nude lips?

I absolutely love Sophia Bush and in this album her makeup looks FLAWLESS. Can anyone tell me how to achieve this WHOLE look and those nude lips? It looks like she's wearing lipgloss. It's slightly pinkish, I think

She is wearing taupey eye shadow, a really excellent choice for her. Her lipstick is kind of poppy coloured. She has really thin lips, I would never go darker than they shade she has on with lips that thin I would consider a flesh meets smokey rose, or a mid toned nude with lots of gloss.

if you enlarge the pic its noticeable that shes wearing a gold colored eyeliner.. maybe Powersurge eye kohl or Handforged powerpoint pencil, altho both of these are slightly darker and more bronzed
