Hello!
Tried doing a search but couldnt find anything!
Anyone got some tips & tricks to have your eyeliner to stay on your waterline? Or is it simply to get the right eyeliner? Or is it that some people have very watery waterlines and just don't stick?
I've used MAC Technakohl, Clinique Cream Shapers, Dior Kohl Liner, from best to worse in terms of staying power.
What do you suggest?
