How to get this look?

I'm wondering what you'd recommend for a similar eye look. Her eye makeup looks so glowy and I'd like to know how to do it. Is it just a shimmery eyeshadow?

Its really hard to tell... it looks like a shimmery browny gold e/s like Bronze or Antiqued maybe?

It doesn't look particularly shimmery to me . . . it probably has some frost to it, but what stands out to me is how nicely blended it is; heavy application inside and pulled out to an almost airbrushed look.

I think it looks more glowy in the magazine, especially the lower inner eye. Thanks everybody for the suggestions!
