How to use MAC's Fresh Morning CCB?

I bought this at my CCO to use as an eyeshadow base. Got home & read the insert that it's not eye safe.

I'm stumped how to use this now. I'm NW25 & this is too light to use as a highlighter. Any suggestions?

Maybe you can mix a little into your moisturizer to give you a nice glow? Or pat it on your cupid's bow to highlight that area? I've never actually seen the stuff, so that's all I can think of...sorry!
