Hmmm...you could try MAC pigments over some MAC paints. If you can get to a MAC Pro Store, they have a LOT of options, especially with hard-to-find colors like Orange and Fuschia. HTH!!

Fuchsia or Bright Fuchsia pigments


Not sure what you mean with strong shimmer though.

Rose pigment is really shimmery. You could probabally acheive a fushia by putting hepcat or stars and rockets underneath
