La Femme hot pink (i don't remember the exact name, either hot pink or fuschia) e/s is really bright and only about $3! urban decay deluxe e/s Heat is a nice shimmery red. I think they have a hot pink too.

Kryolan!! I have a fuchsia shadow by them, and it's really bright. You can find Kryolan e/s on eBay. The girl on eBay that I get Kryolan from usually has the red e/s as well. You want the pure bright color, you're most likely to get it from Kryolan.
