I use them as both! No rules in cosmetics!

i use shooting star as a powder.
literally.
my skin is pretty clear, and especially during the summer when i'm rushing off to my early morning summer class, i'll just put on moisturizer, and shooting star allover my face lightly with the 187 brush.
it gives me a light, natural glow, and is close enough to my skintone,
to even out any minor blemishes.

that's what im doing right now... but i would put another sunscreen under msf.... 8)

PP doesn't efven show on me...but i love using Shimpagne as a highlight....i just got shooting star and i'm hoping i can use it all over to give me a little glow.
