Yep! I used it on my top lashline too although you can't really tell cause it matches with the colors so well and practically "disappeared" when I put it on. lol

Actually, it was the Shell CCB. The Milani e/s just added a bit a golden shimmer to it.

Wow. From the picture it looks like a chunky-ish glitter rather than a shimmer. Hmmm... Well, amazing regardless!
