I...HATE...Ebay

*cries hystarically* Ebay suspended my account because they said im assoiated with a suspended user. (because we have the same ip and address) and im not i have 100% feedback. I've never done anything wrong. I called my internet provider and they told me that the ips they use are dynamic meaning they change every 72 hours. Come to find out my wireless internet connection of my house is UNSECURE after They PROMISED me that it was COMPLETELY Secure. Someoone was on my internet. Creating Names on ebay. They took my address and credit card number! I had to cancel my card. Notify my bank because my bank numbers were on my computer (via ebay sellers account) as well. Now ebay isnt returning my emails. I want my account back. Im so upset. They dont have a number i can call (says the live help specialist) the technical crew of my internet provider is coming out today to further "secure" my connection. I feel so naked. I thought when you run a business and a HUGE one at that (time warner) you're suppose to insure your customers safety on your network. Im so upset *cries*

Damn, that really sucks. I'm sorry they suspended your account just because of what someone else did. Can you ISP give you something in writing that says your internet was tampered with? Maybe if you have something in writing, you can fax it to the dweebs at eBay and they can give you your account back.

when they get here today i will ask them to write out exactly what the problem was and hopefully i can find a fax number for ebay since they "have no phone number"
