I just can't get it

Every eyeliner I try to use on my waterline is gone in like 10 minutes!!! Has anyone ever had this problem and have you found a liner that works???

I think that this happens to everyone...the area is just that, the waterline, so stuff dosen't stick...I have had better luck with MAC powerpoints because they are waterproof, try that and see if it helps.
