Ladies and Gents. I need a bronzer. I'm not gonna say that I am only open minded to MAC bronzers but I do have a gift card with money so it would save me some dinero...but if worse comes to worse and no one can say that MAC bronzers are no good then I will hear out any other brands.

I have a golden pressed bronzer from MAC. its a little sheer for me but I would like a nice one thats nice to use on the cheeks when not trying to get that blush look but more of a bronzy look. I think i used a NARS one once but i forgot which one it was. I am kind of interested in hearing what you guys think about MAC bronzers? are there loose powdered ones? I do have a loose one but its tooo gold!HHEELLPP

I don't have any bronzer from MAC but I'm using Too Faced Beach Bunny. I really love it.

My favorite bronzer is Tarte Mineral Powder bronzer. It comes in two shades, both are gorgeous and natural looking. Plus, other bronzers have made me breakout, and this has not (I've been using it every day since July!)

NARS Laguna or Casino - depending on your skin tone.

Bobbi Brown makes several shades of bronzing powder, and they are wonderful. I like both Natural and Medium.

Don't love anything by MAC in this department so i can't help you much, but if the following helps... my favorite bronzers:

- Smashbox Fusion Lights in Dusk
- Bobbi Brown anything that bronzes.. the bronzer, the shimmer bricks... yayyyy.

I hate when bronzers have shimmer... it totally defeats the purpose of wearing a bronzer imo, because I want to look tanned not airbrushed!

I use Thebalm Bahama Mama bronzer. It is matte and works lovely on me. It looks extremely natural and lasts all day... and I don't need to use a lot to cover my face! If you've got oily skin, or just want a matte bronzer, I highly recommend! try it out at Sephora first and see if it's right for you.

I just picked up Too Faced Beach Bunny Bronzer and I like it. I did have MAC refined golden, but I didn't like it much. It was too sparkly and orangey for me. Check out Too Faced!

NARS The Multiple Brozer. It comes in three different shades, so just pick the one that works best for your skin tone.

Try checking out Flirt! Cosmetics (available @ kohls) pressed powder, Love & Mattness in a darker color or one similar to your natural tan. I've been using it in shade "Deep Desire Warm" and I really like it for a bronzer! I had been using Benefit Hoola for a while. I'll try and swatch both of them side by side tomorrow. For reference I'm NC25 but can see myself using it even when I'm tan at NC35-40. One thing I hate though is the packaging :/ but for a $12 matte 'bronzer' I'm happy with it, and I'll probably depot it one day anyway.

So if there's a Kohls nearby, I suggest you check it out

On paper, you can hardly tell the difference.

Hoola is more sheer and less warm than Deep Desire Warm. I'm NC25 and Hoola used to be my HG but found that it had a tendency to make me look dirty rather than bronzed. I think I needed a slightly warmer bronzer to give me the look I was going for. Anyhow, hth!

What about the new Brunette MSF from BBR at MAC? It's supposed to be gorgeous (way too dark for me I think..) There's swatches of it in the BBR Swatches thread.

I also LOVE Nars Laguna Bronzer. It's neither orange or overly shimmery.. Everytime I go into Sephora I drool over it
