ok so i really want to dye my hair & cut it but i'm totally clueless on how.
i don't wanna go any lighter or anything. If anything i'd like to go darker but with a couple of highlights, i don't know.. any suggetions?please? thanks i'm the one with the bangs.. i don't have a recent pic with my hair down so i hope that will do .. my hair is a little under my shoulders.. about 2-3 inches... i want to grow it out for prom, so i don't want to cut it short .. maybe just my bangs.. but idk..

You are really pretty! And I think you could really pull off a full blunt fringe since you really have nice facial structure and shape. You can keep the overall length and shape of your hair or if you want something more fun but still long enough to put up add more layers that are kind of feathery. You'll get more texture with more layers by using some wax to define but it'll still look chic when it's straight/sleek.

You can go darker if you want but I think a nice chocolate brown would be wicked nice plus you could pretty much go with any color highlights.
