I only have 4 hours, please help!!!!

I'm going out to dinner tonight for my boyfriend's 21st birthday. I'm not 21 yet, but I want to look more mature for this event. (Not mature like classy, but more like young 20's trendy)

To bring in some background: We are a very "trendy/edgy" couple. We are young, so we still have that youth style to us. I plan on wearing some chunky black heels, a floral dress, and maybe either a moto jacket or chunky grey cardigan.

Do you ladies have any suggestions on what makeup looks I should do or what I should wear?

Simple makeup, lots of black liner, nude eye with a little pop of darkness for the crease. You can also add a bold sort of lip.
Keep it simple and youthful.
