and I am having a Hell of a time deciding what I want!! ARG!

I know I want all of the eye palettes, and the VG pallette.

I origianlly wanted all of the brush sets too. I already have a full sized 187 and 190, so i don't think I really need the face set I think i just have a lemming for it because it's LE.

Do you guys think that the SE eye brushes will hold up to pretty frequent use? Or should I try deparately to kill my lemmins for the shiny brush sets (they would be my first holiday sets) and just suck it up and buy the three full size brushed I really want??

SIGH... WHAT IS A GIRL TO DO!!!

On a brighter side, I took my hubby to buy a new fishing rod and reel last night and in exchange he took me to MAC and our CCO

buy the full sized brushes.. I bought a holiday set a while ago and i found myself replacing them within half a year... You could always buy the pret a porter (soooo beautiful) and sell the 190... You always need an extra 187

I agree too with the full sized brush set.
I personally dont have a problem with the SE brushes, the only difference is the size of the handle/color really. I guess it depends on how hard you are on them? I have had my SE brushes for years.
I really want the Pret a Porter though if I had $400 to spend on MAC I would get that and then the pallets, you can get both eyes and lips since you have enough. Have Fun!!

i think the full sized brushes are much better in quality. and there is nothing worse than disappointment when you buy a LE set. also, the only brush that is piquing anyone's interest (especially mine!) seems to be the 187 SE in the LE face set.

i find that sometimes (i had one really bad set one year!) the hairs of the blush brush start to fall out, and then the brush is dead within 6-8 months. the rest of the set went kaput within the year. this is due to machine assembly and the full sized brushes are done by hand....or so i heard

i wish they would make travel sized brushes all year round!

You are going to have some fun.

What do you already have? What product do you need (ie foundation, blush, etc)? What is your foundation shade/eye/hair colour?

I definitely like the quality, ease of use and durability of the full-size brushes.

What a great time to have a splurge on MAC! Lots of goodies out! I would also keep some dough aside for Danse. It has lots of shadow, new pigments, MSFs and a quad. Plenty of potential for a good haul there.
