hhhhhm maybe bombshell with shimmery gloss over it for the lips, perhaps a dazzleglass!!! lovelorn might work as well!!

Not a Dazzleglass, there isn't enough particle shimmer. Looking at the picture there's no shimmer at all; it's a cream base topped with a tinted clear gloss.

I'd say something like Giddy lipstick topped with Dewy Jube Lipgelee. For the nail polish I can't give an exact colour but I can suggest you look in the China Glaze range - they do that very fine glass-fleck look similar to the finish on the model's nail polish.
