If I have 109 do I need 165?

So I finally got a 109 today and was going to buy the 165. I asked the MA if I really needed both and she said that the 109 can be used for highlighting as well, so I wouldn't need both. But being the brush fiend that I am, I must know, do I need both? Also, I am nc40 and need help figuring out what powder to use for contouring. Thanks so much for your help!!

The 109 is alot more dense and the MA is correct, its perfect for highlighting, however the 165 in my personal opinion picks up colour a bit better and can also be used on the cheeks to apply blush not JUST for highlighting.

the 109 and 165 to me aren't the same at all, even if they can be used for same purpose.. I think you can do more with 109 than you can do with 165

Thanks ladies, I was checking them out on MAC's website and accidentally ordered it. So they told me to just decline it when UPS gets here. I'm such an airhead lol. But thanks, now I can save $35 for more makeup!
