Primary Yellow Pigment is to blame for the yellow-ness under my eyes. I was going to do a bright, sunset, cut-crease look, but my watery eyes weren't havin' it, so I wiped the eye makeup off. Too bad I didn't clean up the yellow fall out, huh?
