I'm actually not a small town girl, but that's what this reminds me of.. Me and my sister did our hair and makeup just to go to walmart since we were bored. Kellie Pickler has a song that says..

I love that version of a cut crease(ish... with the light on the lid and darker crease). It's soft and nice but still vibrant.
