I really don't know why this quad is put down so much. I love it... sometimes we should not judge an eyeshadow by handswatches. Handswatches look always terrible on my hands, lol.

I was going to "thank" you for this post and the button isn't there!

Anyway, I think you're right that hand swatches don't look the same as using it on your eyes simply b/c of skin coloration and texture in both places being different. I didn't really care for that quad at first b/c I thought the matte colors looked a little chalky but I might have to give it another look! That's a very soft and pretty look that would be great for an everyday work look. It's also pretty enough to glam up for a night out IMO. LOVE IT!
