Help! I have an interview for a full-time beauty adviser position at a NARS counter at Macy's, and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what to expect or how to prepare? Even if you don't have Nars counter experience, just Macy's, please give me a heads up! I do have over a year of cosmetics retail experience and I'm super pumped and at the same time very very very nervous!
