Its Raining Out So Might As Well Look Like Marilyn FOTD

After having a great day that crashed with a resounding thud, I decided to amuse myself amidst the unending rain and blahness by dressing radically different.

so, I decided to do a twist on my Marilyn look.

When we got to the restaurant, there was a 75 minute wait, so the nicest Chanel woman gave me a full manicure (it was her last day and she wanted to do something really fun and make me feel good).

What a blast it was to be doted on- she was such a dear! Even gave me the new *European maicure*, which gave me a chance to try on Black Satin.

Thanks! I love the combo of Russian Red with the bronze pro gloss on the center bottom lip. Really wakes it up.

I had a few other photos that I liked too, but did not want to overdo it with the photos !

I call this my stonewall look. *giggle* Every time I post a look like this I get fewer replies and many people don't like this look.

It is funny to see someone who likes it!

I love having the option when I feel like it and then I don't have to wait for it to grow out again when I am tired of it.

Oh, and I did get your PM, but I had the flu when I read it and had to get offline really fast - emergency style(it was not pleasant at all, suffice it to say).

Thanks for your kind words. I do enjoy being wild and crazy now and then. I sure got a lot of attention that night. It was such a pain that I got the flu!

But at least for most of the night I felt all right.
