lancome cils or lancome cils XL?

Hey...
I bought the cils XL without realizing there is a non XL version floating around.

Which is the better option for under defencils? I currently use the Shu Uemera(sp) mascara base which is wayyy to clumpy for me.

Is there a huge difference between the non and the XL version? thanks!

I used to work for lancome and I really didn't notice much of a difference if any....
