SO for Halloween weekend my family and our friends, a four wheeling riding crew we call The Stuck Again Mafia, went to an ATV park for the weekend. I was in charge of makeup, and it was fun, but doing everyone, left me with little time for ME and to watch some of the events. Anyhow, here are some pics, All of us wives were Mud Fairies.
First is Maddie, shes 9 and wanted to be a zombie. I did the grody skin with gelatin and paper towel. The color comes from white none smudge makeup mixed with MAC piggies in Landscape green, Dark Soul, Emerald green, and some marine ultra. Also gel blood. This was super easy but did take time to dry.
the Mud fairies
Butterfly over my eye, just one eye, mac greasepaints, with UD Peace, Graffitti and Fishnet over. Lined all the way around with Hard Candy liquid glitter liners (they sell this at WALMART now???) in lace- silver glitter. MAscara was Zoomlash
Mac Dazzle Glass in baby sparks on lips and Daft pink blush. Other eye just has only star violet, UD zero for eyeliner and Zoom Lash.
The pics that follow in the dark are 8, 9 and 10 hours later, some even later than that (it was Halloween, and I was drinking), and that greasepaint HOLDS UP SO WELL!!! Not a smudge, and I went thru tons of water and mud that day, and had my goggles on sometimes to block the dust.
My friend Tory, I just did a simple mask using exactly the same stuff I did on me, she didnt want foofy design, just COLOR that faded in and out of other colors. I didnt take this one.. it kinda sucks.
Hours later thru some hard partyin...
Now that I think about it, these dark pics are way after. We generally party till 3 or 4 in the am.. and I started make up at 930 am. So this stuff lasted..
oh, some color I did on my friend Taylor. The turquiose is a mixture of some SFX colors, that I cant remember and a red red red from Wella. I'll have to look at her card later and tell you what I used.
Also, did color AT THE PARK!! on this Dude, our friend Jared, he wanted Pink but wouldnt let me bleach, so he got a subtle sheen. Little does he know, on new years, when he invariably passes out.. Im bleaching and coloring all in one on his beard. Yeah. And yes, he is wearing waders with no shirt on purpose.. all the dudes did.. Crazy lack of planning. Us mudfaires wore our waders that night with our TuTus and wings over em. Thats how we roll.
doin some zombie makeup.. and for people wanting to do this, moisturize well, and shave the baby hairs before. Luckily maddie and Ipractived before and discovered it. It would have been bad wearing it all day had we not.
And finally, this is what happens when some idiot stops in front of you coming off a hill when they dont have working brake lights...
My Poor "ruby valentine", she looks like she is winking. This was a memeber of our crew that did that, and I was super mad. No one apologized and I have to fix it myself, as I pay for it myself...... and yes, that box on top are speakers. 1000 watts of sound.. on my bike!!
Hope yall enjoyed, a bit o make up and a bit o fun.
