lip conditioner stick opinions please

is this as moisturizing as the regular yellow one in the tube? is it the same mixture except stick form? can't decide if i want it..

imho it's just as moisturizing.. it's like a smoother chap stick texture.. the pots are very soft and much creamier.. also the sticks are less pigmented than the pots..
