Lip Issues

okay.. so ... i lovvvvvvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeee putting lipstick/lipgloss on my lips... and i work for a clothing store..so its pretty much a requirement that i wear makeup... (like i wouldnt anyways) but i have a problem.. about and hour or two into my shift... my lip color dries up and around the corners turns into this yucky white gunk (gross right?) so my regime for the lips is usually chapstick, lipstick and then lipgloss if not chapstick and lipgloss.... why are my lips doing this and what can i do about it... i dont wanna look like a freak...and were not aloud to do touchups while on the sales floor.. any ideas???

I'm not a lipjunkie, I'm and eye-girl, but if I want to do a touchup, I'm going to the toilet. if there isn't a mirrow, take a small mirrow with you. I don't understand why your company wants you to wear make-up, but doens't give you a moment to do touch ups..(the MU rule was probably made up by a man!)
