By applying a clear or colored gloss of the same color on the center of the bottom lip.
Or using a shadestick like beiging to outline the lil bow on top of your upper lip for more of a full pouty look.
A lip liner applied on precisely and filled in, then take a lip brush and apply the lipstick over the lip liner. This will give you fuller lips as well.
