For a dark navy liner, I like Urban Decay's 24/7 liner in Binge, that was in the LE holiday collection. Or Stila's Kajal in Sapphire.

For a matte navy eyeshadow, I recommend MAC's Meet the Fleet (LE with Naughty Nauticals, find it at CCOs or ebay) or Nehru (permanent), which is darker than Meet the Fleet.

not sure about a navy liner, but for a navy eyeshadow i'd recommend MAC Nehru.

MAC has a matte blush called Cantaloupe, which is really similar to Sunbasque, but it's Pro Only. You can call and order it from MAC w/out a Pro card or if you have a Pro Store in your area they'll have it.

does coppertone look like sunbasque minus the shimmer?

i agree with Nehru for the dark navy shadow and yes I think that Coppertone is a matte version of Sunbasque, it looks the same on me just minus the shimmer.
