loose powder recommendations?

so i heard using loose powder under your eyes while applying your eyeshadow really helps...it true? ugh, i feel like a nerd asking. if so, any recommendations on some good brands?

Just pick up a cheapie at the drugstore. It will catch the fallout without breaking the bank. Covergirl, NYC, and Maybellene are a few.

Me, if I get a lot of fallout from eyeshadows, I just wipe 'em away with a baby wipe or something. I guess if you did the rest of your face first, you'd wanna use loose powder. In that case, I would guess whatever is cheap and translucent.
