I saw that the other day when I was placing an order. Honestly I have no idea about MAC copyright laws. I want to say that LORAC did not do anything illegal but I am not really sure. I mean I know several companies have the same product names but I am not sure about when they do collections.

I must admit either way it's a cute LORAC collection.
