L'Oreal Extended tubes mascara causing eyelashes to fall out.

I recently bought this mascara. When I took it off in the evening, some of my lashes fell out. Not much, but more than usuall. Anybody else have this problem?

It has fiber technology....so it looks like your lashes but it's really the fibers coming off......HTH

are you using makeup wipes or using water like the directions say??

makeup wipes will tear em out, you're supposed to splash your eyes with water a few times and they will slip off in your fingertips.

I am pretty sure it was actual lash hair i could see where it was attached to the roots.

I use a makeup remover by neutragena its a moisturizing makeup remover. I don't let the water sit on it first though. I will have to try doing it that way.
