LOTD - YSL Black Gloss

Hi everyone,

I typically just lurk around and check out all the fantastic FOTD's on here looking for new ideas, but never actually posted one myself. My picture taking skills are horrific. Anywho...I stopped at Nordstrom's on the way home from work and bought the new YSL black gloss and HAD to post a LOTD because I still can't believe I just spent $28 on this stuff. Its not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I wore it with MAC plum lipliner so it would pull more purple color rather than black. I would probably actually wear this out to a club or something. Anyhow, here are a few pics for those of you considering jumping on the black gloss bandwagon! I have two with flash and one without. I'd say the one without flash is more like how it looks in real life. I'll see if I can get some better pics later this week with natural lighting.

PS - Please don't look at my hair or makeup. I'm a hot mess today!

I heard that it looks really good over red lipstick too. I'll probably try that out this weekend. I know that Lancome is selling it in a set (red lipstick + black shimmery gloss) but I think there will only be 500 available. Just an FYI - in the photos I put it on VERY lightly. When I originally put it on I looked like I had eaten tar!!

I heard that in Germany it is limited to 70 pieces and only available at one place. No Chance I can get one of these but thank you for the lotd. I'll now have a close look an the YSL gloss
