LOVE this look... what should I use?

I would love to try duplicate this actress's make-up. Any suggestions on what color combination (specific color e/s, blush....etc) to use?

cream colour base in fawntastic all over lids and a little above crease. then mac paint ( i forgot the name but its the metalic dark grey/silver one) and then smudge a wee bit of carbon over the top of that. then a bit of bootblack liquid liner all over lash line with black mascara... hope that helps x
