Lower eye make up that won't stay put...

I have the same problem with the liner/mascara and shadow getting in that crease under my eye. And I feel like everything I have tried on my waterline has weeped off or irritated my eyes. I am going to try some of these suggestions but basically I never wear anything on my lower lashline because of it. Fluidline has been on my list for awhile so now I have a reason to try it too.

MUFE has waterproof smudgeproof pencils that don't smudge even when I wipeout while surfing. They also make a waterproof sealer that you can use over a shadow to make it waterproof like a liner.
