You can do it with any glitter using a transparent glue to adhere.
Home-made version: After mixing the two components, use a liner brush to apply it all over the lid in soft layers to avoid getting to much of the glue. This will help the glitter stick faster while the glue is drying. This process takes about 2 minutes until the glue has completely disappeared and I tend to look down or close my eyes to prevent any glitter in undesirable areas.

With this Too Faced product you have the job done.
