MAC 180 brush on eBay- real or fake???

I have been after the 180 brush FOREVER and think I am finally just going to cave in and buy it but I only want a REAL one (of course). Has anyone bought from this seller before? What do you guys think?

It's hard to tell from the picture but everything she has for sale I have seen at the Canada warehouse sale in Markham. So, since she is local to the sale, her products could have come from there. I haven't bought from her personally so I can't say for sure.
