MAC 187 & 190 Brush

Hey everyone,
I am new here and also new to MAC. I have recently purchased Studio sculpt, Mineralized finish and Studio Fix. I am just wondering if the 187 & 190 Brushes are REALLY worth the $$$. Please give me your review of the brushes and what all you use them for...

I use the 187 for everything....foundation, bronzer, blush, moisturizer
109 is great for foundation application

I think the 187 is worth every single penny I have 4 if that gives you a clue how much I love it...

I like the 109...But honestly it is not one of my favorite brushes ...but it is very nice

i love 109....i think its a great foundation brush. i kind of use it as a small lose buffing brush. i think its also great to be used as a blush brush, especially for cream blushes. in fact im in need of another one.

I actually bought another 187 yesterday..I love this brush and cant say enough good things about it. Like tish said you can use it for basically everything on your face. I recommend getting that over the 109 which i also have and rarely put to use.

I love 187! I use it for liquid foundation, blush and bronzer. Can't live without mine

187 is great for liquid foundation (studio Fix) as well as pigmented blushes or even MSFN. However, it's not the best for the application of Studio Sculpt foundation. I use a Quo dupe of 190 to apply that particular foundation.

Overall, 187 is def worth the investment so get that one for sure. You will need another brush for Studio Sculpt though. HTH

The 187 is so unique and amazing! You can use it for applying foundation, blushes, MSFs, highlighters...

I really like the 190 but there are cheaper alternative from other brands I guess.

187 is a wonderful multipurpose face brush for a flawless finish (if use correctly!)

the 190 is also a great quality brush.

I'd say that the 187 is definitely worth the price while the 190 is a nice brush but it is a standard, basic foundation brush and you can find similar brushes anywhere.

I think the 187 is essential, while the 190 is dupeable. If I used liquid foundation (I use powder), I would definitely use the 187 to apply it versus a traditional foundation brush. It's also great for highlighting, loose powder, blush...the 187 is awesome!!

187 is a great brush for foundation. I makes my foundation go on evenly. I don't have the 190 and I haven't bought it because I'm already satisfied with my 187. Why spend more money? lolz
