MAC A Fantasy of Flowers Collection (February 6, 2014)

I want a very lavender Perfect Topping. I use Lightscapade all the time, and I know it's not the same.... I'm wondering if the new run will be very beige. I won't be able to buy in store, so I can't pick out my own veining.

I'm scared I'll neglect it, especially if it's beige. I have quite a few cooler toned highlighters that I like, but then the more beige (warmer) ones get neglected. I also have a few neglected MSFs in my drawer.. By Candlelight, Petticoat (too many veins, so dark!), Stereo Rose.. etc.. I still have lemmings for them though. Porcelain Pink.. I always want it, but always skip it, even though swatches are gorgeous.

What's a makeup addict to do?!

I don't think so. But she often posts pics from this forum onto her IG page. She gave credit this time when posting the pics in that link.

Damn, I was hoping that I wouldn't like how Petal Power look (don't own many mineralize products) but I love it. >_< So I guess it'll be that along with Phlox and Sassy Moss. Although I really like the sound of the two new pigments. And that's coz I just bought the new Kat Von D Esperanza palette, so much for low buy.

It's a shimmer, so I'm assuming it'll be the same as violet and pink pearl, but I'm not 100%.

I don't know about you, but I am really hoping it won't! Anything that makes cutting this list down easier for me, the better.

I am thinking Sassy Moss fl will likely be no dice for me too due to the gold. It also looks suspiciously similar so far to the green Maybelline Color Tattoo, which I am able to use as a liner already.

My thought had been 2 items max per regular collection, and 3-4 max per mineralized collection (excluding Maleficent altogether, since I am a Disney collector and will likely buy it all). So I can get away with a little more in this collection, but definitely not 9 things!

Swatches should help me, and hopefully you too! I had 4 or 5 things on my potential buy list for Magnetic Nude, and I ended up buying el zippo due to swatches and being pickier than normal. I was proud of myself!

I love regular blush and MSFs and MBs as well. I just have so many, and none of them have even a slight dip in them, save for my much loved Crystal Pink MSF. I'm out of storage space, and I just really need to cut back.

One thing that is unpleasant but helps me money and space wise-- I discovered over the last couple years I have an allergy to certain pink and/or red colored face products. My skin will start stinging almost instantly once the product hits my skin, whether it's on my face or I swatch at the store on my hand. So I may well not be able to buy either blush regardless of whether they will work on my skin tone or not.

Unfortunately that has spread to lipsticks too, and I can't wear certain reds now (I have a Rocker I literally used 2x and couldn't wear again due to the burning the dye caused.
