i agree I'm not tripping I will send that sucker back in a heartbeat mac really just should of slapped a different name on these I don't buy alot of msf I pick very carefully because I don't highlight all the time my last one was adorned which I love love but come on totally different but for those of u that recieved yours and love it enjoy I have not even got mines I wish it was a reject package ups i would send that sucker right back to mac don't want

That's how I feel about it too. I'm kinda mad about it, that swatch is like womp womp. It's like false advertising. Just call the thing something else if it's not similar to the previous release! Got people thinking that they're gonna get something they missed out on, got folks checking old swatches trying to decide what the things gonna look like and it's practically a completely different product. MAC can go somewhere with this nonsense. I'll return the daggone thing and get me one of those Hourglass blushes I've been looking at. MAC be doing THE MOST with the LEAST.

I so much want to get in on the conversation here, but this thread has blown up beyond all magnitudes of proportion. I do not have what it takes to catch up on 600 posts since yesterday, lol.

Anyhow, thanks to everyone posting swatches!

Sassy Moss and Phlox Garden are still LOVE LOVE LOVE and I cannot wait to have them in my hands. Sassy Moss is even more amazing than I'd hoped - good lord that is going to be worn non-stop in a mega cats eye by MOI all spring and summer long.

The lippies are driving me crazy, because I know I've got near dupes of them all. I am going in tomorrow to see the whole collection in person and am bringing a big makeup bag filled with my potential dupes to double check. Actually, the one that seems the least like everything else I own is Dreaming Dahlia - it's looking like a deeper Sushi Kiss, or a more pastel Toxic Tale, which is again PURE LOVE.

I can't be too crazy with this collection because I just got an email about a pre-sale next week on the most beautiful shoes my shoe lovin' heart has ever seen. Check out these unbelievable princesses:

Frikken glorious - I don't even care what they're going to cost. If I ever get married, I'm wearing these babies, lol.

Wow! I've missed so much in just a day!

My box came today! I love my PT (though I would love elegant's more than mine! ) I think it is amazing!

PP blush reminds me very much of the texture of Early Morning blush. I really like it, though it is similar to Orgasm. After seeing Mayanas pictures, I want the Azalea blush now! Looks so pretty!

None of the lipsticks wowed me. I will wear them, but they are not amazing to me. I need to play with them in natural lighting. I've been using crappy indoor lighting, so that might be a factor as to why I'm not very into them.

surprisingly i see im not the only one who kinda skipped it. i was shocked to see so much still in stock! whats the next collection? please dnt say playland cuz it looked like a bunch of pastels which i KNOW will look janky on me **le sigh** thank u guys for swatches. yall looking gooooorgeous. cant wait to see the fluidlines n see how they'll come out on me.

I'm loving PP but I think it looks like it's going to be VERY similar to Orgasm - that was my first thought.

I don't mind the new Stereo Rose - it seems more similar to the original version from everyones pictures. Beauty Lookbook did a comparison to the 2005 and 2010 versions here:

I wouldn't mind if they're similar colourwise. I just don't like the texture of Orgasm, it's kind of rough IMO. So if PP would be a smoother version of it that would make me more interested in it.

I had the 2005 version which broke into pieces. I also had the 2010 version, but gave that away to students.. frankly the golden coral does not suit me. So I totally was not into an online battle for SR this time. I was sleeping peacefully

while you guys do battle for MAC's LE products.

I only got one thing, SR and MAC couldn't even get that right. I'm mad about it and the thing isn't even being delivered until Monday. I'm ready to throw the damn box one the ground before I even open it.

This is an older stereo rose from the past collex. I'm not sure how different it is from the newer ones in this collex.

I'm with you, it looks stunning! I have never really been interested in Orgasm, but PP is BEAUTIFUL in everyones swatches. I also think Azalea in the Afternoon looks amazing! So frosty, I love it.
I want to see the new SR in person...I think the cooler/lighter tones will work on me much better than the old SR anyway.
