agreeed my black box is packed up ready to go back I was going to see if I could get a replacement pt but I have a feeling it will just be the same perfect beige really does not do anything for me the lipsticks I'm liking on everybody else( serenityy ,vixenwithfixens)love this collection on u both not so much on myself I guess this collection was a total fail for me have fun with your goodies ladies

PT Chronicles continue...
I called about my poopie PT and acted like I didn't understand what was going on... I asked really cluelessly "this PT is SO different from the last launch. It's pretty but isn't the same product AT ALL. It swatches differently too. I'm just confused. Did I just get a bad batch? Has anyone called with this concern? I'm so confused...."
Her response: "Geez I just don't know. This is the first I've heard of this concern. We haven't gotten ANY calls about this AT ALL..."

Damn liar! I said, please send me a new one, and to make a note to send me one with veining please! Then I demanded a return label... I don't need that lying hoochie saying I was just trying to get a free product! Take this crap PT and send me a good one! Then I told her, if the new one is bad, I'll be calling for another return label to send it back too and get my refund! You're in a timeout now MAC... how good for my low-buy! HeeHee

So... guess we'll wait and see what they decide to send me. But obviously they aren't admitting that this is a catastrophe. And we all know FULL WELL that it is!

When I did a chat with a MAC rep about Stereo Rose she too acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. Tried to give me that BS about how MSFs can vary because of the veining and bla bla bla. I was like NO this is not a issue of veining this is an issue of this is a completely different product with the same name. Still acted clueless, I couldn't believe it! She gave me the number to some corporate something or other. I'm calling them tomorrow. Meanwhile the MSF is all packed up, but the weather has prevented me from getting to the post office. I didn't even leave the house today.

Honestly- I find Rose Lily just pops against your complexion! Fleur d'Coral looks soft and very sophisticated! Lucky you- i like the contrast of icy, light, cool colors against warm tanned skin- something fetching "n'est pas?"

Thank you! Now I'm thoroughly confused as to what to keep lol I'll say this: these lipsticks are not for the smooth lipped challenged! I had to do a sugar scrub especially for the pale colors. They show up every lip flaw

Isn't that incredible!? I had already read on here how many of us were calling and complaining. And I'm sure we only make up a small percentage of loyal MAC customers that are HUGELY disappointed with these MSF's!! So for them to flat LIE like that is like pouring salt in our wounds! They should just acknowledge the issue. Then at least we would feel more compelled to let the rep off the hook. But now I'm going to make them earn my sale! I'm interested in hearing how your issue turns out! Let us know!!!

I went to my local MAC today. They always have the new collections set up in "the back room" (where i guess they do private makeup). I was considering possibly Fleur d'Coral lipstick and i wanted to test the blushes. Many of the SAs know me and it's not a problem. Not today.

The manager said they couldn't let people preview the collection - it wasn't even set up in the back. And I gathered from the way she said it that it was company policy. I won't be able to go in tomorrow AM because a small group from our music and dance organization will be giving a demo at a grade school about an hour away.

She said they didn't get much of anything - 3 + a tester - and she figured the Fluidlines would be the first to go. And the Fluidlines were the only things i was sure i wanted. I had the Fluidlines in my shopping cart on the MAC website, but when i went to complete my order today they were gone, SOLD OUT. So i ordered them from Nordstrom. I have to say, though, now that i've seen T's photos, they may be darn close to some Color Tattoos i have.

I don't really need another pinky peach lipstick. I sure don't need any more blushes. So easy skip for me. I'm maintaining my low buy. And i may be sending those Fluidlines back...

Picture time! I am loving this collection. I know that Perfect Topping is different from the last, but since I didn't get the last one, I don't know what I'm missing. Here's PT, Phlox Garden, and Dreaming Dahila. I used Ablaze liner for my lips.

Loving the combo! It compliments you so well!

Got my pt yesterday! I had the original years ago & it was one of the first msfs I completely used up, so sadly I don't have the old one to compare but any who personally I feel like it gives off that same effect like the last one. I'm in loveeee
