For the ladies that bought PT....after rubbing the top layer off, I was able to see the gorgeous veining. So you might not have to return your PT after all.

I went to get my stuff this morning and I LOVE the things I got. I ended up with DD, SD, HH, Playful Petal CSG and Sassy Moss. I said I was skipping Sassy Moss, but all the MAs had it on and I caved. I'm wearing it now and I'm really happy I got it! Playful Petal is gorrrrrrgeous, reminds me of Funtabulous d/g, but in a CSG format and more pink. I love the lipsticks so much more than I thought I would. The slight sheerness really says spring to me. I'm kinda over the super matte look anyway, ready for fresh and dewy for spring! Also, my MA is super excited about Playland, so that got me even more excited!

So I was the first one at Mac in Nordstrom today.... And the lady was soooo nice enough to actually let me sift through all the Stereo Roses to find the one with the most gold and this was the winner

. I MIGHT returrn the one I ordered and just keep this one. It pays to go to MAC and look at your options!

I did the same with my Perfect Topping. I was the only one there so she opened the drawer and pulled out every last one and helped me make a decision. I love my MAC girls!

You aren't! That used to be my problem until I started using Prep + Prime Lip under everything. That ish really works and saves my lips! I wear it to bed as a lip balm too. LOL!

My personal experience with Snapdragon is it was paradoxically "drying" (meaning my lips got a little wrinkly) and yet looked moist on my lips (if that makes sense). I can't explain it, My lips peeled when I took it off. It's not as heavy drying like cremesheens and this is definitely light and glossier.

Happy to say it is different with Heavenly Hybrid which stays glossy and moist like my beloved See Sheer.

Much better than some of them I've seen. It's cool that they let you, pick your own out. The girls at my counter are nice enough to let me do that too. It helps, when you don't want to gamble on what veining you'll get, when you order online. I'm still in love with mine! But, I have the old formula. LOL!

Watch me simmer, sushi kiss, dreaming dahlia, ablaze, runway hit, and flamingo on bottom DD is really veryyy similar to ablaze (on my lips at least, just sheerer,) it's hard to tell in this photo though. It is beautiful, considering a backup!

Thank you! I think I'll just try the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powders.

I HIGHLY recommend the new Hourglass blushes even though I am not happy with their CS at the moment and the fact that a lot of them are coming with less blush than highlight. But having said that - they are absolutely DIVINE on!!!! The make the skin look very flawless. One of the best blushes except for Diors & Chanels

I already have Saint Germain and Raspberry Swirl.. Do I *REALLY* need Rose Lily (I have a weakness for bubble gum pinks)?

I own Raspberry Swirl and I would say you don't need both. St. Germain is too light, to be a similar color, or dupe. But, from the swatches I've seen, they are identical in color. It just depends on whether you want a sheerer version of RS? Or, if you want a BU of that particular color, just in a different finish. Personally, you can sheer out RS with some heavy lip balm and get the same effect. But, that's just me.
