sure.. lol

it's a Sally Hansen -- let me read the bottle one sec...

it's no. 360 "Nailed it"

Side bar: Although I will spend on CD, Guerlain, Chanel polishes -- they only last a few days on my fingers without chipping..
Thanks! That's gorgeous. I agree, I have far too many nail polishes and I have better luck with Essie or another similarly priced brand than Chanel.

Chanel is by far my worst lasting np.. it can chip in a few hours. I had a sad incident with Fracas... it chipped before I left the salon.

In keeping with the colours of this thread I did my nails in a lavender pink colour -- cut down from previous unmanageable length...and to play on the colour of my outfit for hot date with Bert later:haha: my dress is a cream colour 3/4 sleeve sheath  with emerald green/papaya/fuschia lavender swirl designs.... nude colour shoes:pretty: mu:  stormy pink on eyes, contoured with UD Laced, and some Gesso under eyebrows, my SF Blush which I hope works.. lol, and my Givenchy Irrestible Fuscia lippie:pompom:
Have fun on your date!

no dear.. the textures are totally opposite. Steady going is matte and RL is a lustre. Colour wise they are in the same family but again different.

Me too. I've bought a few shades, but I try to find similar colors in other brands since I've had such awful luck.

I haven't tried the really expensive lines, but I have essentially all the drugstore brands plus the salon types and a couple of MAC.

The one that works best on me is NYC's In a New York Minute quick dry polish. With a top coat, it literally lasts nearly two weeks on me with just a couple of minor chips at the tips of my nails. Go figure! A $1.99 polish works better than ones that cost $8-15.

Have a great time!

Went on a class trip to NYC today, so I had to stop by the MAC store. I got to see everything from this collection in person and I was pretty underwhelmed. I'm glad I only bought DD, as far as the lippies, because none of the others would have worked for me. But I did get Petal Power blush. So pretty in person! I tend to add a gold highlight with most bright blushes, anyway, but with this one it's like it's already built in. It's my only mineralized blush and my second blush from MAC (I'm a Nars girl). I'll try to take some pics tomorrow. I'm dead tired.

I also grabbed the last Steel Kiss lipglass from Magnetic Nude. I had never seen it in person and it's beautiful, as well. To me, it's a very unique color. I can't wait to try it over Riri Nude and Sensual Sparks. Even something like Haute Altitude.

Overall, I'm happy with both :)

Pinkpaint, I'm getting DD because of you. You look gorgeous! I hope it will work for me.
Yes! I hope you love it! I think DD would be such an easy color for a lot of people to wear. For me, a lot of corals either go milky or they're overly bright and they stand out, in a bad way. This one just kinda melds with your natural lip color.
