Hi ladies! I have a question, for those of you who have made a return before.
I had contacted Mac about my Stereo Rose not being the same as the prior release, they sent me a label for me to send the product back.
I was packing it today, and I was going to include the packing slip, mark that I wanted a refund, etc. Then I noticed my slip had someone else's name on it, and address, my guess is that whoever packed my box was packing the same thing for someone else and confused the slips. Now I'm concerned that person will get the refund if I include the packing list.
The label they sent me has a ref#, do u think that would be enough for them to know it's me?
So annoying :/ I don't want that girl to get the money haha...

Could you not attach a note to it as well letting them know that they put the wrong name and address on and state yours and if they have a problem add your number for them to ring?

Don't put a note on it. Pick up the phone and call them. It's faster. This way they can send you a correct label, and contact the other person.

I tried the chat online and they prompted me to call them, which is what I initially had done but they told me they were gonna call me, and it's been a few days. That's why I asked...
They take forever to get back to me.. they never have an answer over the phone, they have to "investigate". . ugh

I just bought both blushes. I usually prefer to wait until it's out in the shops as I only live a mile away from my nearest counter, but as it may be a fortnight before they get it, I just couldn't resist. I want to pick out my Perfect Topping and B2M for the lipsticks, so I'll have to wait for those. I'm still really on the fence about Heavenly Hybrid. If it looks as gorgeously pink-purple on me as it does on other people, I want it. If it's a more muted plum, like Plumful, I'll skip.

Hopefully there is someone who could help me decide on this "dilema". I am about to make an order right now on the MAC website but then I realized that Petal Power is sold out. I wanted to make that one of my purchases but since its sold out on the MAC site, I was wondering if its still worth trying to get it on another site (FYI I have a MAC gift card I was going to use and will have to use my own funds to purchase it on another site). I'm NC45-NC50. Or should I look to get something else in replace of it?

I dont have Orgasm or Deep Throat. I am just starting on blush so I dont have any besides RiRi BGGG blush.
